If they're really true friends, they won't care.

Homophobia isn't a good thing, maybe you should seek out friends who aren't so concerned with how others live their lives.

are the friends homophobic or plain prehudiced? Fear is about something with in. Ask your friends what are they afraid of--that mingling w/others who have different orientations is contagious? What is the fear about. How deep is your friendship--if there is trust and there is acceptance, then your friends will accept you. If they don't, it is their problem.

aw, wow, that's a tough one. i'd say just come out and say it one day.

just be like "i'm always bisexual, and i've always been bisexual, and it would be stupid if you guys knowing it changed our relationship, i'm telling you because i trust you guys and you're my friends"

that's all i can think of, good luck!
