F*ck morage people, those sharks! Lenders should be shot in the big toe! they make it a pain for the "commen" people. Average people cant even buy a house anymore...F*CK THEM

It's actually good that buying a house is such a pain, because it'll make you really appreciate it when it's ALL OVER! If it's too easy and simple, then people will move all the time and never stay in one place. It's difficult to build a good community if everyone is migrant all the time.

I think it's the government and banks way of keeping tabs on us. They make you sign so many papers and make it so time consuming so people don't move around as much and they know where you are if they need to find you.

Plus, since it is such a big hassle, people are less likely to decide 'oh, well I don't think I like this one, lets just trash it and buy another'. They're more likely to try to improve on the property as much as possible before trying to move into a new home.

just is but i have 1 forsale $27000 cheap in small town $32000 on contract with $15000 down $17000 bal or $27000 cash has garage an carport located in indiana the $32000 includes interest
