I know Nomo ended up with the yanks and Ishii was on the Mets. What happened to them? Did they retire or what?

Kaz Ishii - in Japan with the Yakult Swallows
Former New York Mets pitcher Kazuhisa Ishii is returning to Japan after four seasons in the major leagues.
Ishii, who was released by the Mets in December, agreed to a two-year contract on Friday with the Central League's Yakult Swallows, team officials said.

Hideo Nomo - playing for the Chicago White Sox
Last start appears to be March 20th:
Starter Hideo Nomo worked two innings, allowing three hits and two earned runs. Nomo fanned two and didn't issue a walk.

Ishii is in Japan playing...Nomo had surgery on his elbow in June and was released by the White Sox...he wants to attempt a comeback next season.
