I just finished watching the movie and the ending was really confusing to me...i just don't get it.

He went insomniac after hitting the mother and child walking across the street and blocked out the incident. After not sleeping for so long, he lost his mind. When he finally remembered what he'd done, he turned himself in to the cops. The "guy" throughout the movie was his alter ego that he created.

He gets out of the car, slips on the ice and dies of a head wound. The wound that they thought was caused by the evil doctor. But in fact he just fell down. It was one of those "fate is inevitable" kinda things. No matter what happened, he still ended the same way. Strange movie, but cool.

OK, the Adrien Brody character (I don't remember his name, sorry) went back in time one last time to fix the girl's life--he put her on the path to being a doctor. But he knew that if he went back again, he would die at the end of his "trip". So he went, then saw that she was OK, and then he died. But he died happy knowing that things were good for her.

he slips falls on his head nobody kills him and the autistic boy mind is fixed by shock therapy and he ends up with kiera in his death good movie but confusing until the end
