it's like u r telling my story ... those people were actually supposed to be my closest friends ... it isn't this hard u know .. all u have to do is to stay away from those people AND from everything that would remind you of those days .. u know and look for some new friends , those who really like u for what u r and what u r not , gfo and look for other occupations , it isn't hard at all , in my case , i got busy with my studies , i knew some friends and i started learning another language and believe me , it did work . this doesn't mean that i did forget it , on the contrary , i've learned from my mistakes and currently i feel better about myself coz even people who r surrounding me are just amazed of the way i survived . just put in ur mind this rule " if someone harmed you or hated u , it's just because of he's envying you for everything u r but he can't be what u r already " get over it , it isn't that hard , i assure you

You're still grieving and grieving is a process without a time limit.
I think of it this way: if you let them get the best of you (which is probably the reason they did whatever they did to you), then THEY have the power over you. Hang in there and be strong. Time is another remedy for heartaches.

You just need to know that u r brtter than them. The r jerks. Find a new interest to keep your mind off of them. Maybe a new pet?
Hope I helped u out some :)

Apparently their actions are still causing you misery. The only way to get over it is if you can surrender it ---it will be an act of defiance--that you don't allow them to keep you in misery.
