How do I stop POPCORN.NET from Spaming my computer with "REMINDERS" ??

Just open their email and hit the Spam button, or you can go to: "Options" < "Filters" and add the domain to your block list.

If you're using Yahoo Mail, click the check box by the message than instead of hitting the "delete" button hit the "spam" button. After a few times Yahoo Mail will start blocking those E-mails.
