That I know of, all societies prepare their young males for war with games and toys. There may be differences to the degree. It's not really reasonable for people living in the US to apply our standards to different cultures since generally speaking we don't face an imminent threat of war on our home territory.
I had toy guns and army men and tanks when I was a kid, and it's a miracle I grew up disliking war.
