3ft High Cinder Block Retaining Wall Tips - - DIY?

I am putting in a 3ft x 35ft retaining wall in my back yard next month. Any tips would be helpfull.. Especially about drainage & foundation.. Thanks for your help.

After you build the wall I would run 4" PVC with holes (french drain) along the inside base of the wall. Install "T's" about every 5' to 10'and run though the wall. That should take care of your drainage.
