Technically, no. While the secretion of earwax itself does not contain DNA it does come into caontace with the cells that make up your skin. These cells do contain DNA and are mixed with earwax and it is almost imposible to remove them. So while "just-secreted" earwax does not contain DNA, any that would cound extract does.

No-that is as long as it is pure earwax. DNA is only present in living things. If the earwax comes in contact with a cell from the body or bacteria/viruses then it will have DNA from those living things. But earwax itself is a "chemical" compound and is non-living and therefore contains no DNA.
