Another secretary and I were eating lunch in the breakroom today when my boss came in and started chatting. It's casual Friday, so we were dressed in casual blouses, but nothing revealing. My friend is on a diet, so she brought a fruit salad that had honeydew, watermelon and cantaloupe. The creep leaned over the table and said, "nice melons", and winked at us. I am so mad.

Before you file sexual harassment charges you need to tell him that his behavior was unacceptable and made you very uncomfortable. Then if he continues this behavior you should go to your HR department. You have to tell him that it is unacceptable first.

Men are gonna be men, sorry, I've experienced sexual harrassment at damn near every job I've held since I was 16 and it's always unprovoked. It's no excuse for their behavior but they are all just psycho perverts. If he's said other things to her in the past like this, she ought to start documenting them and bring a tape recorder to work. If he keeps it up, then at least she'll have you as a witness to this one incident. Now, if he touches one of y'all, break his f--king jaw, I've never been touched but some of the comments I've had to endure were worse than a strange man feeling on me. Even though they find it funny and mean it to make you feel attracted towards them, it always seems to leave me feeling dirty, it's a real turn off.

you will choose for him to do or say some thing a minimum of vaguely sexually suggestive. you could no longer sue in view which you have no longer any damages. to objective to get him fired , you initiate up with the aid of telling HR what he did.

Sounds like he was joking. I wouldn't call that harassment, but what does she feel about it? If you both are offened, talk to him about it and hopefully, he'll behave and if not, report him.
