In many cases euthanasia without consent would be more humane than any alternative. Why, for example, should a patient be awakened from anaesthesia, if during an operation an incurable condition had been revealed, which would shortly cause suffering and death? Why must a child be forced to live and to suffer, if his illness leaves him with no hope of healing and even of relief? The same is true also for suffering patients in a state of mental disorder. Revision of the attitude towards euthanasia would fundamentally improve the quality of human life

No. Committing such an act is murder.

I do not think that such a practice should be even though of as an alternative to health care for the above described individuals. We simply cannot justify the taking of a life involuntarily.

I'm mentally ill-are you wanting to kill me? Cuz I'm certainly not liking you much at this point and who knows, we crazy people might just...SNAP!

You tool. Of course not. If somebody can't decide for themselves that they no longer want to suffer, then euthanasia should not be forced. You just have to deal with us, you heartless bastard. I'm not against euthanasia for terminally ill patients who want the procedure, but your idea of cleansing sounds awfully like Nazi protocol. Shove this idea up your ***, Mengele!
