Nope because downloading movies is illegal and if I told you of a website then I could get in trouble for helping you.

I download from newsgroups. Your ISP usually has an account you can sign up with. Use a client like Grabit to download with.

Also, Bit Torrents work well.

well, you can download almost anything via torrents. I recommend TorrentSpy to search for them (http://www.torrentspy.com/) and Another BitTorrent Client (ABC) (http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/download.php) as a Torrent Client.
