Please continue to hand write. My husband (of 20 yrs) when we were dating he lived 300 miles away from me and neither one of us had email, Word or printers so we had to write. I can still remember how excited I would get opening one of his letters and I still have them all. There is something special still even in todays world about a hand written letter. It has become a rarity. A person has too take time, put thought into it and love. On a computor you can type out your thoughts and words as quick as you think them. With writing you do so very often write down only the most true, sincere and meaningful thoughts and ideas. Who knows maybe 20 years down the road you might be answering this very same question but maybe for your daughter or son. Keep handwriting and I know you will go even alittle deeper in your fiance's heart. Remember with a woman it is the small things that matter the most.

Even if you don't think your handwriting is the best, it's always more personal. While you might get neatness points with your typed letters, you'll definitely make up for it with all the sentiment a handwritten letter brings. Some things won't ever go out of style--handwritten love letters are one of them.

Handwriting is better, it's more personal; typing is more professional. If you're writing a love letter to her, hand-write it. If you're doing a rough draft, you can type that, just to get your words the way you want them, but write the letter in long-hand. Just do it slowly and carefully, so you don't make any mistakes.

HEY LATINO GUY! I know where you're coming from...I'm latina too and it's been said to me in Venezuela by my friends, etc that is better when is handwritten...:) see, but my fiance is gringo and he doesn't like me typing letters to him (I handwrite him like 3 letters a week), he likes me handwriting them because they're much more personal and loving...which is true, but hey! JUST AS I LOVE MY FIANCE, I LOVE TECHNOLOGY TOO! and it doesn't make my hands as tired when I'm typing! lol...just try and hand write your letters more than you type them...try to type the long ones...:) believe me...your hands will hurt after a 24 page letter :) He broke the record though ...he wrote me a 33 page letter :) :) :)

well my handwritings terrible, so I prefer to type- and use spellcheck! You could put in the the old english style writing ont he computer. Personally I prefer handwritten, if being given a love letter, it means so much more

Nothing is more personal that a hand written note. Someday it will be a keepsake you can show your children and grandchildren. It is a great way to show them how much you love each other. So spring for the best stationary you can afford and keep handwriting.

I don't think it really matters if it is handwritten or typed. As long as you are taking the time to put how you feel down is special enough. Have you ever thought about keeping the handwritten notes and once you have gotten old together have them bond in a book.

If I am your girlfriend I would love to read your letter in "handwriting font" rather than your "chicken-like scratch handwriting."

Your own handwriting. It means more. Just don't ever put anything in writing that you may regret later or could be used against you.
