Get her something that reminds her of something you guys have done together. Or something that you both like, so you can enjoy it together! Then it means so much more!

Get her something that she will use that will remind her of you, like a necklace, earrings, a book mark about friends, Maybe put a favorite picture of the two of you in a nice frame for her room.
I hope these ideas help. I'm 49 and have a best friend since we were 15, from school. We have been through husbands, kids and life together. For her last birthday I found a picture frame that played " You've got a Friend", and put a beautiful friendship card in it instead of a picture. She loved it!!

well im not of what shes in to but when I was 13 i liked clothes and makeup... im also not sure hw grown up she is...therefore its hard to say, if she is your best friend you know the answers to these questions so just sit and think or maybe ask her family what she wants. Another great suggestion is a gift certificate that way she can use it when ever she wants(providing it doesnt expire) and she can get what ever she wants.

i dont have a best friend , i am 25 and i had in my life few friends but now i lost them all .... but i remmember being at this age , i guess when u r 13 , u like candels , books , some wounderfull poster , maybe a ticket for a movie she likes ,,,,
the best thing is putting some beautifull book , with a beautfull aromatic candel with the best wishes card u can find , and you will make the perfect present .....
the book she will use by reading and allways remmember you ,. and the candels will spread thier odors and whenver she smells this in her life she would be thinking of you ....
so ... tell her to have happy birthday, till 120 ..

The best give u could give her is spend the whole day with her. Have a girl day just for the two of u. Go shopping, stuff like that.

wow my best friend is the same way..well since she is enetring her teens years get her somthign taht sigfies atht like get her well it depends well when i was thirteen
i was really into makeup so you can buy her really nice makeup kit your kinda buy her apdded bra with a pair nice sexy undewar buy her body spary lotion and all taht bad stuff or give her a gift vcard to her favorte store you know liek for makeup kist you cna buy really nice real ones at a store liek macys or yea even clothes too buy her a outfit...

do you have pictures of yall doing fun stuff?
go to walmart and get a poster board or something
go to the arts and crafts and get scrapbooking stuff(like hearts or ballarina cutouts or whatever yall are into) and make her a collage of all the great times
