CONGRADULATIONS. For morning sickness, try putting ginger in your foods or tea. Also, try eating crackers in bed fifteen minutes before you get out of bed. Try to get as much sleep as possible and don't be nervous, you have to be calm. Enjoy it as much as you can you are the most beautiful person in the world right now and you are carrying a beautiful baby inside you. Something no man can ever do. Don't listen to the other idiot that wrote punch your stomache, they need help. Good luck and enjoy your bundle of joy....

Eat small frequent meals that will help with the sickness and for the fatigue. Rest as often as you need to. Cut out caffiene or limit it to 300mg a day! Drink lots of water and swim in the pool to reduce swelling. Cut out tuna due to mercury poisioning to the fetus. No lunch meats bologna bacon or ham that has been processed

Mint tea and crackers will help with the nausea. The fatigue is natural, just go with it. KEEP YOUR DR APPOINTMENTS!!!!! Drink your water and follow the advice of your physician.

Enjoy while you can, because soon you will be big as a house, peeing every ten minutes, and an emotional reck. Get plenty of sleep, and start eating healthy, plus take folic acid.
