i think Phoexix would win! there is no limit to her powers and she can destroy a universe without moving a finger, anyhoo she could get the gree kryptonite and just put it in supermans body!!!

Superman flies at Phoenix.
Phoenix stops him in midair.
Superman tries his laser-vision.
Phoenix shoves it back into his head.
Superman pops like a balloon.

oh good question umm superman is faster and probably physically stronger but phoenix has those strong mental powers and could probably control him so i think phoenix is stronger
