How to to change a low beam bulb on a 1996 pontiac grand am?

There are two screws at the top rear of the headlamp bracket.
Remove the screws and lift the headlamp forward and up to get at the retainer ring that holds the bulb in the lamp assembly.
Remove retainer ring and pull out bulb.
Replace in reverse order.
