The "manly men" of the Midwest may not even wear a wedding ring. As past generations were busy working with their hands, a ring would get dirty or in the way. Jewelry was to "dainty" for a man. Sometimes for a woman too.
So keep that in mind when you are job hunting that some people are coming from the ULTRA conservative side of things on that issue. If you want a job at a bank, don't wear anything but a watch and your wedding band.
I think for main stream corporate America Watch, wedding band, a chain and either a class ring or tie tack is as far as I would push it.
Anything else starts to look a little "fancy"

No jewelry is appropriate for anybody!
That's my opinion. I'm almost half century old. Today is my B-Day!!!
I went through the need for jewelry phase in my late teens- early twenties... I never wore jewelry for me, even though I did like it- wheter it was a watch, ring, neckalce, etc. I found that the jewelry I was wearing was to impress others! I still see ikt happening... People both Male and Female, love to flash thier bling all over the place--- If they want to show how rich they are... why not build a few houses for the homeless or donate the money to charity. Now, that sparkles!!!!!

Rings are nice. Even a chain can be nice. But not too gody- Dont want the Mr T effect. I do like a men who is confident enough to ware something on his wrist that is flattering and bold. Ive even seen leather wrist bands on men. which are nice.. Burlington Coat factory has some great choices for men.

It really depends on your style, I think. Personally, I like simple jewelry on guys. Anything too gaudy makes me think they're compensating for something. A couple simple silver rings, a leather or cloth bracelet, simple earrings (like studs or hoops), and maybe a necklace, but thats it. If you take it to the extreme you risk looking like Mr. T or Flava Flav, unless thats thats what you're going for, then go for it.

Some necklaces and bracelets look good on guys, specifically titanium with a plain and simple look. Watches also look good on almost every guy, and you can find them in just about any style. *Sometimes* earings look good, but not usually.

Chain necklaces are okay, and men watches, rings are alright, but only like 1, say a wedding band, that's cool, or a class ring, but to many looks metro, earrings look alright on some guys, but it's mostly "gangster"....o.0
~Cheers!~

I think that puka shells [necklace] are hot on guys-
When guys go wearing rings [besides your wedding ring] I think it is too much-Rings were made for women..Not men-
Some leather bracelets are hot-Like ones from AE or Abercrombie-But it depends on the guy*But besides that dont wear bracelets-Just watches*

Braided leather and silver bracelets look great on men. It all depends on the man's style and the bracelet's quality.

Titanium is perfect. Not too showy, long lasting and show your expensive taste, women like that.
