No, here are the reasons:
1) Toilet seat also gets more sh** than anyone else especially from little kids or certain adults.
2) And also, if I were to be jealous of my toilet seat, it implies that I like the toilet seat being the very nature of a toilet seat; by that, I mean a toilet seat does not have any feelings or senses. So, if I had no feelings or senses, then it does not matter much whether I get more @ss or not.
3) However, if I were to be toilet seat with all the feelings and senses that I have, that would be worse because the @ss also comes with the smell. I don't want to get this kind of "aroma therapy."

my toilet seat only sees me and my room mate who im realated to and im not into insest so nope. as for public restrooms--> eww some people are just....eww you wouldnt want them, those poor seats and the smell. ITS GOTTA STINK BEING A TOILET SEAT

No, because my seat is broken. I have to put a piece of cardboard under my right bun when I take a dump.
