Boyfriend trouble am i right?

i broke up with my boyfriend about 6 months ago and we are still good friends we talk every once in a while i am now living with my fiance he used to be married his wife would cheat on him and his relationship ended very badly but mine didnot we decided that i grew out of him and that we where just no good toghter so there 2 different situaciones my future husband burned allthe thing his ex wife had given him but i keep the letters that my ex boyfriend gave should i do this it seems to bother my fiance am i wrong for having my ex boyfriends letters still

it is normal to run into this situation. At some point you either need to burn those letters, throw them out, or send them to your mom to keep as mementos of your past. Keeping them around where your fiance knows they are will just create a rift that will keep growing between you two. you dont want that to happen

I say yes because if your fiance had his ex wife's letters from when they were dating you would probably think that he still has feelings for her. But when you broke up with your ex boy friend you should have thrown them out so you could move on with your life. But if you still have them when you and your fiance get into a very bad fight you will probably go back to those letters and remember all of the good times you and your ex had together.

Letters might be a bit much. Most guys could be bothered by them. A stuffed animal, a picture of you two at the zoo, a choker with ear rings, wouldn't be a problem; but letters infer a deeper memory, even if totally innocent. Heck, while I normally hate secrets, if the letters are important to you, rent a safe deposit box at your bank. Cheap, and absolutely secret. BUT, if the letters mean that much, I suggest you think about why?

It depends on what your ex-boyfriend wrote in the letters. Were the letters clean love poems or sex letters. How would you feel if your fiance kept sex letters from his wife. It would make you feel very disrespected and little. I would just get rid of the letters. Is it worth your happiness? It's not like your finance wants you to stop talking to your Ex.

It's hard for Ur fiance to understand or even fathom the fact that there were men before him, so by U keeping the letters that's saying to him that U aren't over Ur ex...Yeah I know that's just how mean think....
He feels threaten by it....If U really wanna keep them take them to Ur moms house and have her put them in her attic or something...
Ur man doesn't want a constant reminder of Ur ex so just to save his feelings get em outta the house...
But they are Ur memories so U have EVERY right to hold on to them.

I don't think so...it shouldn't be something out in the open because this is part of your past, and should be kept with everything else that you Cherish as keepsake material...you knowing your fiances previous marriages demise should understand his insecurity with such an issue...don't add any fuel to this fire...make sure these letters are out of site and out of mind.

Well i think that you should burn them cause maybe when you c them or read then you will think of all the goodtimes yall had together and might still love him or in love with him.Thats what your man might be thinking so dont damage your relationship over some papers!
