Sit up and side bends and anything to get the muscles moving. The little arobic balls are good too just get to rollin around on one of those you'll have muscular abs in no time but remember you have to keep it up or it won't work.Hope that helped!

To target the lower abdominal muscles, you must incorporate leg lifts. I recommend seated tucks: Lean back on the side of a chair with your legs extended in front of you, with both arms holding the chair for support, and feet flexed. Quickly tuck your legs into your chest, then slowly lower so feet just skim the floor. Repeat 6 to 8 times for a full set. Do three sets to start. Then work your way up to three sets of 12 reps. Add these exercises to your routine, and you'll work your entire abdominal area.

Get one of those big balls.Like core seacrets. and just lay down on your back with the ball between your feet and lift it up. or what I do is Lay on the ball on my back and my feet on the floor and then roll down till my booty is almost touching the floor and push back adn do that for about 10 min and then hold one foot straight out that really burns. ok then you can rollup on the ball to were just your uper back and sholders are on the ball and head. And your feet are on the floor so you look like a table with your knees at a 90degree angle. I put wights on my hipbones. I lower my booty and then lift it up and hold it for 3.In 2 weeks of doing this every day about 30 times (10 at a time) My asz is hard and my lower abs hurt every day. That ball is awsom. i have a really big booty so It hurts me to do situps or crunches. it is just uncunffy on my back that ends up being arched the whole time. I can do crunches that work better on the ball. I can really make them burn!!!
