i mean, as long as the address is right? will that letter end up ion the mailbox you inteend it for? or do you have to use an actual name?

In this day and time if the address is correct it really does not matter what name it is addressed to....

This typically depends on the situation. For example, if someone lives in a small apartment complex where the mailman knows who lives there or goes to a college where there is tight control of the mail is tightly controlled, probably not. However, you are much more likely to get it through if you are sending it to a house.

Another option is to send mail with no name at all -- just the address; that's probably a safe way to get the mail to her.
