i think both of them Vince McMahon always interfere with matches and Paul also interfere with matches and have his body guards bet up everyone in there way.
they both stink

Neither: vince mcmahon singlehandedly turned wwe fortunes around when he first took the ropes from his dad. He introduced new names and new matches and now WWE has become a multimillion dollar franchise.
Paul heyman make act like hes a snob good for nothing, but behind the scenes, he is one of the most amazing talents at writing stories that actually make sense and not conflict.
Kudos to the both of them.

paul heyman has those guys in those black suits beat up people for no reason at all. and mr. mcmahon interrupts good matches that everybody wants to see. so i say it would have to be a tie.
