How to avoid porn addiction on the Internet
1. Consider installing porn content filtering software( Strongly Recommend NetDog ,you can get it from www.netdogsoft.com ) on your computer. it will help to protect you from stumbling into pornography by accident, That's important.
2. Do not try to guess what the address of a Web page is. Many pornographic sites have similar addresses of respectable sites. For example www . whitehouse . com is a porn site. The real address is www. whitehouse . gov
3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

Men have been addicted to porn since the beginning of time. Men are visual stimulated by the sight of a woman (some times men if they are into that). This does not make us sexual predators or sexual deviants as you would make it out to be!!!!! Yes there are those few individuals that do rape and are sexual predators but it had/ has nothing to do with porn. If a marriage breaks up because of so called porn addictions then there was a very large problem with it from the get go and they are using it as an excuse for their own flaws. If you have a problem with porn then don't look at!!!!!!!! And don't even get me started on those sick F@!KS that take advantage of and abuse children, they need to be taken care IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. So don't blame the problems of the world or a few weak people on porn. It has been around since the first time a man saw a woman naked and it will be that way till the end of time. if kids are getting access to it on the net then there parents should do something about it.

I agree that easier access to pornography is a major problem in society. I also agree that some men (and women) with addictive personalities can easily become addicted to online pornography.
But I disagree with some of your points. I'm not convinced that married men are committing adultery by viewing pornography. To my way of thinking, the use of fantasy materials may REDUCE the number of men actively seeking extramarital partners. One might argue for emotional infidelity if the husband chooses the pornography sessions over his wife's needs, but calling it full-blown adultery feels like overkill.
I'm also not aware of any long-term studies linking early exposure to pornography with deviant or abnormal sexual behavior as an adult. I would suggest that a number of serial rapists, sexual deviants and sexual predators were never exposed to pornography as children. It was a LACK of sexual education which contributed to their sexual dysfunctions as adults. A generation or two ago, the same dire predictions were made in the case of masturbation-- practitioners would have dysfunctional relationships with women or exhibit deviant sexual behaviors. It didn't happen then and I'm not sure it will happen now as a result of early exposure to online pornography.

you are probably right about all these bad effects of porn, But a man must be unhappy with his sex life or feels that he is missing something or is being abused in some way to turn to porn. I think most men wish they could be fulfilled at home by a loving wife, but this is not happening for them. so they turn to an easy outlet. If you are made to feel worthless or undeserving in your supposed refuge, you dont want to be there.

Here's an easy psychological assessment from someone who is as equally deranged: 1. You have self-esteem issues with your looks; 2. You were raised with a very unhealthy, perhaps religious-based attitude toward sex. 3. You rarely experiment in the bedroom (if you happen to be getting any at all). 4. You probably are a mother, burying yourself in that identity because it frees you from dealing with the other issues. 5. Your relationship with your significant other - if there is one - is terribly shallow and deluded.

More people need porn in their day than coffee or caffeine in their morning? I am finding that hard to believe.
If you don't like porn stay away from it, and stay away from sticking your nose into other people's busines with your holier than than "Moral Sword" crusade attitude, it has done more damage through out history than porn every will.

Sounds to me like someone is a man hater! I notice you didn't say anything about women who can also be subject to this addiction too.
