#1.Germany's attacking style was refreshing and their goals were incredible! #2--4. France, Spain and Argentina were easy on the eyes, also. #5 Italy was exciting with their dramatic endings. Honorable Mention.... Don't overlook the Ivory Coast, either. In each of their 3 games, they went down 0-2 early because of rookie mistakes. Their results were quite respectable- losing 2-1 to powerhouses Argentina and Holland and coming back from 0-2 to beat Serbia 3-2! They were exciting, just had too tough of a group!

Germany, and England of course, sadly England disappointed me by having an unimpressive run despite all the talk of how it would be our year this year, so we must now wait until 2010 for another shot at the World Cup. But Germany was fantastic, and only ran into bad luck to lose in the waning minutes of overtime like that, I really enjoyed watching them play and I truly wanted them to win it this year.

I chose italy all the way. Not just being a glory hog. I'm an italian and I have to say they were the one team that played "above their potentiall" or at least what fifa thought their potentiall was.
