First of all there are three items that will allow you to play for the Youth Team and understand the coach. First, either one of your parents has to be from the country you want to play for. Second, you need to be a citizen of that country. Third, you would to learn to language of that country because that will be the language the coach and your team mates will be speaking. Then start playing on a league team. After some time if the club thinks you're good enough they will send you to a youth team. After, that train well and the youth team might send you to the original team.

Sir, you need to join a local team who plays in the Nation soccer league first, and from there you can go to the National team, then the league. 95% of the countries players are chosen from Local teams within. So look for local team tryout.

You have to play soccer for your local kids team from a very young age. If you are good a scout will see you at a match and invite you to try out for the youth team of the local team. You then join the youth team and eventually (if good enough) get promoted to the first team. To play for your national team in international matches you have to be noticed and selected by the manager of the national team.

In other words, it ain't easy and you have to work your way up from the bottom.
