Yep. This one is top-rated by users, free and easy to learn. It's main limitation is the number of pages it will let you produce. There are hacks around that and if you want to upgrade it to it's bigger sister "SiteSpinner" it's pretty low cost ($50 I think) and includes a lot of neat tools as well such as an image editing program (like a mini-photoshop) and an FTP program. No HTML needed with either of them.

yes, it is very easy, first you can start out with a basic geocities webpage, which is free, and then you can upgrade to a webhosting package from yahoo, go to
