Ace Hardware and TruValue hardware both carry this type of laundry line.

Old style but sooooo easy to make.

Pick two stationary points, attach eye hooks strong enough to hold the weight of a full line of laundry, attach to each of those two simple pulleys, install through those the length of rope you need and stand there and play with the back and forth of it, enjoying the accomplishment, until you actually have to hang laundry. Then stand in that one spot, hang a garment, tug gently, and repeat the process, until the lower part of the line is full.

If you don't strictly care about drying time, and conditions are right, and the line/pulleys/ and attachments are strong enough, hang clothing, etc. on both lines.

Look for an old fashioned hardware store.
I am not sure if they are still made but I have one & it works well.

If you can't find one, just get two large pulley wheels with mounting brackets. you will need a spring to go on the line, or it will droop! Good luck!

Look in a Walmart, or K Mart, they used to carry them.
