Yeah, it's not Xanax.
It is probably amitriptyline, a tri-cyclic antidepressant. It will get you a little groggy but nothing like Xanax and with a lot more drug interactions and side effects.

first of all if someone gives you a pill, but cant tall you what it is, please dont take it...it does sound like a .5m claunapin, which is also a benzo like xanax, but im not a doctor, and neither is the person who gavi it to you, so you shouldnt trust it...i know theres a book with pictures of all kinds of pills and what they are...maybe you can find a similar site online...
