Are you in the UK? If so what about a starry night ceiling, these are amazing they use ultra violet paint and so in the day it's invisible but at night you get a gorgeous picture on your ceiling or wall. They do various designs, they are quite expensive but it last for ten years.

You can invest for her. Put like 100 or 200 dollars in a bond or savings account where she'll get it to grow to like 200,000by the time shes 18 or 25

or assurities....

and give her some cute toys too

girls usually like to keep special memorable things safely. i have kept every other special thing like my first rose,movie tickets,pictures.... in a big silver box that my grandma had given me when i was 2. i love that gift of hers. i dont remember my grandma,she died when i was 3...but she somehow she stays alive with me thru that box!! i suggest you give her a nice box like that with something special kept inside it.

DORA THE EXPLORE TEACHES ALOT. SHE WILL LEARN THINGS FASTER WHILE PLAYING WITH THE TOYS.
MY GREAT NEICE IS 3 AND SHE KNOWS SPANISH,COUNT TO 53 KNOW HER ABC'S AND CAN SPELL SOME WORDS.
