White women verses the % of Black women that date White men? And why is this??

This is changing. Everything runs in cycles.
If you look into history you will see that alot of white men married black women. It wasn't just a slave thing.
My great-grandmother (on my dad's side) was black and my great-grandfather was white. They married in the early 1900's and had my grandmother. Not every state disallowed interracial marriages.
You will again start seeing more black women with white men. I promise.
Overall, white women and black men do not have a great reputation. I think alot of the credit for this can be given to Kobe Bryant, O.J. Simpson, Dennis Rodman to name a few.
Also, I disagree respectfully with BHARRIS44 when she says that white men are afraid they will get beat up if they date black women. If this were the case, white men wouldn't basically run major governments. White men, as a whole, fear nothing.

In our society, it has become a status symbol for a black man to date a white woman. For whatever reason, it is not a status symbol in the opposite direction (black women dating white men).
This is, of course, just my opinion, but I think black women have more pride in their heritage and would see it as a betrayal to date outside of their race. Black men don't appear to have the same social problem with it.
It could also be that a white man is afraid of getting beat up for dating a black woman, whereas not many people would beat up a girl for some perceived social indiscretion.

Does it matter who people date and marry? We are all people after all! The colour of our skin shouldn't matter.
