We worked hard getting the dream house for our family 6 yrs ago, we have superb bbq and parties, but the upkeep is pushing us to the limit, Should we sell?

If the upkeep continues to consume all of your cash, you'll end up getting into loads of debt and losing the house anyway. If you can't find any more ways to make money then it might be time to start looking for somewhere more affordable. You might even find something just as good but for a more reasonable price. I f you love the house that much and worked hard to get it that way think of ways that you could manage to keep it before thinking about selling, like renting out a room etc
