Unless you fell through the owner's negligence then you're lucky to be getting anything. Take only the amount of your medical costs.

Try to find a law school's law library. Westlaw, an online service, has a "quick valuation" service that (morbid as it sounds) tells you the "value" of various injuries based on recent court cases. For broken/lacerated fingers, I've seen $10-20,000. Multiply by 3, and you have $30-60k. Take the middle number, $45k.
Assuming the owner was negligent, another question is whether you were also negligent (for example, if he didn't clear the ice on his sidewalk, he would be negligent, but if you were running around like an idiot, you would be contributorily negligent). Many states will require discounting the total by the amount of your negligence. In the above example, if your fault was 40%, your total award would be $45,000 minus 40% ($18,000), or $27,000.
Note, too, that just because some juries award $10-20k per finger doesn't mean you'll get it.
Of course, if you want legal advice, you should call a lawyer.

I would say it depends on the circumstances of your accident. If your fall was caused directly by something blatantly unsafe about the other person's property, I would go for $150,000 plus medical expenses. This is assuming that you can still function at 100% in your job, and have lost no earning potential due to the accident. This figure includes pain/suffering, damaged property, and loss of income.
If, on the other hand, your accident was caused by your own carelessness, just don't ask for anything. Maybe medical expenses, but that's all.

Too bad you can't ask for a set of feet that works.
Only ask for money if the owner of the property was negligent. Otherwise, get off the gift horse.

Sounds like an accident to me. Put the shoe on the other foot and pretend you are the one who had someone fall on your property. Then, try to come up with the amount.
