An authorised service centre related to any product has a lot to do with the original equipment manufacturer/authorised distributor in case of imports. So whatever service you want to extend in relation to any product, you would be required to get in contact with the original manufacturer of that product or the distributor, as the case may be. The manufacturer/distributor would arrange for the technical support, training, spares, warranty conditions and all related services for the authorised service centre for the territory. An agreement is normally signed for the purpose for a tenure with certain terms and conditions.

So you should approach the original manufacturer/distributor for imported products and explore and negotiate the possibilities for set-up up an authorised service centre.
