What's better, a girl that has real breast (regardless if there flat chested or not) or one that has fake ones?

I will take real breasts over fake breasts any day. I also would not mind in the least if she had small breasts or were flat chested - both are very sexy for me.
Of course she has to be a good person with a good personality or I would have no interest in her. I don't judge ladies on their chest size, I judge them on how well they treat others. Chest size is just a plus!

Speaking for a girl that has natural DDD breasts, I don't see why women would want them. I get all the wrong kind of attention (pervs), my back hurts all the time, and I can't wear a low-cut elegant dress because my huge boobs would make it look slutty. Fake breasts are over-rated, just look at what most of the guys are sayin in here, most of them prefer natural.

I already have dated a girl with implants. they sure did look good all the time.
Real ones are better though....much easier to play with. Fakes ones are usually better to look at though.

I'd date one with implants (that wouldn't be a deal killer), but I'd prefer real ones, even an A cup.

If she was a hottie more than likely. However, if she was lactating I'd have a difficult time with the idea of anything unnatural oozing out with it unless I happened to be sealing my bathtub.

fake is a bad sign
I dont want to pay her medical bills for health problems related to them.
it also means she is high maintenance and probably does not do real work. she will also want me to buy her expensive gifts and more plastic surgery, and then complain about it all the time

Hun, silicon will never rival nature. There are TONS of women that make reduction surgery just because theirs are too big.
