my school is having an open hosue tonight and i don't know if it's casual or formal. should it be one or the other? is open house for school always casual? i need to know without calling

About 90 % of open houses are casual but not like shorts and a tank...maybe jeans w/ a polo or something. What grade? if it's high school it's Really casual, middle semi...wear smtn nice, and elementary...well u shouldnt be on here

well tonight im going to a party and im not sure if its casual or formal so..... im doing a little of both..... i have a really nice skirt on but i have a casual shirt and if you dont like my idea do whatever the heck you feel like doing girl some girls have to have their own styles anyway
