There are no clear studies that prove that masturbation is healthy and keeps the prostate healthy. For every study that says it is, there is one that says it does not. The prostate is not a muscle but a gland, so it cannot get stronger by using it more. Over-use (3 ejaculations or more a week) would cause abbrasions, which can cause it to become congested and inflamed, which can lead to prostate issues.
Frequent masturbation and ejaculation (usually more than 3 times a week) stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.
Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.
The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone
If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse.

There will be no physical harm, and it does not cause you to lose any features of becoming a father.
The only possible harm is that it might become an emotional addiction that could affect you in relationships. Remember, I said "COULD", I didn't say that it will.

No but doing it to much can take the pleasure and excitment out of it,so it may seem that you have harmed your self cause you dont get as hard or long erections or as explosive orgasm, but its just you are not excited or turned on by it.
Also it does not lower your sperm count but other things can like tabbaco or drinking to much soda pop or not eating healthy enuff.

Everyone masturbates, and everyone needs some spark that fires their imagination when they do. For some people imagination is enough, other people need something more visual like porn. There's zero shame in watching it.

No problem in fact a man needs to masterbate daily for good prostate health. More than 3 times a day is excessive though. but nothing wrong wiht three times a day.

Yes, the palms of your hands will get hairy, and you'll go blind.
That's why I stopped once I had to start wearing glasses ;)
No no harm will come from it. No matter how much sperm you expel yourself, your body will make more.

NO, MASTURBATION WILL NOT HARM YOU IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IF YOU WANNA DO IT.....PULL IT OUT AND DO IT. YOUR BODY WILL KNOW WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND YOU WONT WANT TO DO IT FOR A WHILE. AS LONG AS YOUR ENJOYING YOURSELF, KEEP DOING IT. IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH FATHERING A CHILD....THATS A NORMAL BODILY FUNCTION, SO DO IT AS OFTEN AS YOU CHOOSE...IT'S YOUR BODY....YOU HAVE NEEDS AND THEY HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED, SO.......ENJOY!!!! NO HARMS GONNA COME......PROMISE!!!!!

The medical answer to this question is that it will make it harder for you to experience an orgasm during an "actual" sexual experience which maybe a good thing or bad thing.

Well, it can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and arthritis in your fingers. If you are too vigorous you might dislocate your shoulder.
