KEITH!! HE CHEETED!!! He had pattern making books hidden under his bed, that gave him an unfair advantage as well as being against the rules of the game. Tim also found out that Keith had snuck off and used the internet...another violation!!
He was immediately asked to leave, leaving Allyson and Jeff to complete a team project without Keith as their team leader!

Keith got asked to leave because he had some pattern books and how-to books, and those were absolutely against the rules. Kayne brought it to the producer's attention, and Tim went over right then and booted him off the show.

I think his name is Keith. (Dark-haired, kinda cocky.) He had pattern books and such in his room. They're not supposed to have any of that. That was the reason he got kicked off.
But also during that episode he kinda cheated. They were supposed to only spend $100 on an outfit, and he got the cashier to cut him a deal because they went over the limit. That wasn't used as a reason for him getting kicked off, but it just goes to show what his ethics are!
