well i do not know what uni-mart is but being from miami, florida, i understand. what happen, well we grew up, had families, got jobs, got responsibilities, moved out of our parents homes (most of us) and some of the people we hang out with, left to go live elsewhere, so we all settled in our homes, with our own lives, nowadays once in a while we still get together and hang out at starbucks.

Sometimes the corner or the woods after they meet up at the mall. Ever been to one on a Friday and Saturday night? They're packed with kids.
