I rather see someone get an abortion then to leave the baby in the trash to die or abuse it. And as for adoption there are so many loop hole that the birth mother can get the baby back. Also whos to say that the adopted parents are any better. I feel women use it for birth control and that isn't fair. But is it really murder when a abortion is needed to save your own life. I feel it depends on the situation. It is not my business what another woman chooses to do with her own body. I just know I couldn't go through with it that is why I became a mother at 19 and my husband at 18. I am pro choice all the way.

Yes and No.
The way I look at it, a fetus is not a person; it is only a potential person. Until about the seventh or eighth month, it cannot survive on its own, and relies on the mother for oxygen and nourishment. It also has the potential to change someone's life forever, something that not everyone wants. So, to me, the question becomes whether the life of a potential person is more valuable than the life of a preson. My answer is no.
On the other hand, I understand that not everyone agrees with my point of view. To some, a fetus is imbued with a soul at the moment of conception, and therefore is a full-fledged person from that point. I disagree, but I recognize that there is no way to convince someone that their belief is wrong.
In my mind, the fundamental question here becomes one of safety for the mother-to-be who is seeking an abortion. History has shown that demonizing and outlawing abortions does not stop people from getting them; it only stops people from getting them from qualified doctors. If legislation were passed outlawing abortions, we would see a return to the days of back-alley coat hanger abortions. I don't think anyone really wants that.

Plants are alive, grass is alive- all these things grow, all these things need sun, air, food and water. We could kill grass/ plants.

What people don't realise is we have something called human rights. What about the spiders that often get killed or the plants that starve in the garden, all these are living things.

Human rights.
Abortion, it is legal to have an abortion. It's a human right to decide whether or not you would like to have the child.
A lot of people see it as a bad thing, says it hurts the baby etc etc. The real research says otherwise.
People have abortions for the right reasons- otherwise it's not allowed by law- you've to speak with a special list.

People have abortions for all kinds of things.
Being dragged into a bush and raped by a complete stranger and falling pregnant. Should that person have the child not knowing the father? Should the mother bring a child into the world not knowing his medical background? Should she be reminded of what happened to her ?

only half of the patients that go into an abortion clinic, survive. In a regular hospital, we would investigate mal-practice; in an abortion clinic, it is mal-desicion and murder.
Everyone dies. Of age, sickness, accident, or murder. Abortion is selfish and is rarely the result of the baby's sickness, never the result of age or accident, and that baby is probably not planning on commiting suicide, therefore it is murder.
think about this. a fish needs water. if you take the fish out of the water it can not survive, so it dies. It died because it was forced into an environment that is hostile to it. Ripping the fetus from the womb is the same concept.
however, I do not judge women that choose this method. this is just the way I feel about abortion. everyone has to make choices and when it comes to your own offspring, a mother tries to make the best desicion.

Well think about it this way. Regardless of size or developement that thing growing inside you will without abortion or accidental miscarriage grow to be a person. One that thinks, feels, loves, and trusts 100% in the parents. They undesturbed will want to eventually hug you kiss you thank you for silly things like milk and pb&j. They will be able to sing a song to you they made up about how much they love you and about the nice things you do for them. Children show love and gratitude in ways you would never imagine. The are the greatest gift that life will ever give us. If you have an abortion are you killing what is or what will become? I think it's killing what already is and what potential it will have. An unborn baby has absolutely no choice but to trust it's maker and abortion takes any choices or chance of love that that child will ever have away. I think it's the most horrible and premeditated heartless of all murders.

Try adoption!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me first say that I am most certainly pro-life.

But no, technically, I don't think that abortion is murder. Murder is too strong a word. Murder is the brutal and deliberate killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Although abortion is wrong in most cases, and is not acceptable, it isn't murder. Murder is a hyperbole in this case.

No it isnt, an unborn baby has never breathed air, something that is generally a determining factor if something is actually alive.

Note also, that dead people tend not to breathe air.

Abortion is the intelligent way out for "most" people.

Ooh, I did it. I inferred that at least 51% of babies in the world should be aborted.

Yes. That fetus, baby, etc. is a living thing and it's growing and developing and if you have an abortion that fetus/baby is no longer living so yes it is murder.
