You can file for divorce on the grounds of adultery. (A divorce is a civil suit.) And, adultery does affect the division of property in a divorce. And, in states that have alimony, it affects the amount of alimony.
And, you can sue their cheating partner, in most states, for interfering in your marriage.
Other than that, probably not.

No. Cheating itself does not give rise to a cause of action.
The cheating has to be involved with another civil wrong or crime.
For example, if your spouse is cheating on you in front of your kids and makes them watch.
Or if the cheating is SO outrageous that it becomes intentional infliction of emotional distress. For example, if you are in a mental hospital for emotional reasons and your spouse sends you videos of him having sex with other people.
It is grounds for divorce in some states, but not useful for anything else.

Yes, but not really. What I mean is that if you cheat on your wife, she can't actually sue you for cheating, but she can sue you through the divorce for alimony, more than normal child support and other support because you cheated on her, and if you fight it, she can call the woman you cheated with to testify which would probably ruin her life, too. So, no not for cheating, but yes by doing it another way

That depends on what you mean as cheating.
There seems to be one law for the rich and another one for poor people.
