I also think that it is John Quincy Adams. However, he was the 6th President of the U.S. Also, he might had use one as a young lad, but his portraits don't have them.

In any case, if not him, then Andrew Jackson, the 7th President, would have to be the answer. I can't even imagine him ever even owning one.
