Probably not because tons of stuff that you use in daily life is made in China. Also, it would only effect the working class, who had no idea their dogs were going to be killed. It's just a sad story.

not really, but i am very shocked and angry at what China did. They could have at least chcked for the dogs which actually had rabies. Instead of this mass murder.
