If you haven't been sending spam just send Yahoo an e-mail, they will investigate it.

You probably can't get it back. You've been black listed as a spammer.
So stop sending out spam. Nobody likes it.
Change your id slightly, add another letter or # to the end of it & sign back up. But forget the spamming.

If you read the TOS you will find that they will not. Once you have been busted for spam, you have to start over new.
