It's a Son, a Dad and a Grand-dad because the Son is the Son of the Dad who is the Son of the Grand-dad and the Grand-dad is the Dad of the Dad of the Son.

There are only three in the group of two fathers and two sons; they are as follows: Grand-father, Father and son.
You could have made it three fathers and three sons, just add a grand-son.

There is are two dads and one boy (one of their sons). One of the Dad's parents are dead, he is noones son now :( The other Dad's parents are still alive.
