It's a Son, a Dad and a Grand-dad because the Son is the Son of the Dad who is the Son of the Grand-dad and the Grand-dad is the Dad of the Dad of the Son.

There is are two dads and one boy (one of their sons). One of the Dad's parents are dead, he is noones son now :( The other Dad's parents are still alive.
