first off, that is called prostitution, and those "favors" are really just acts performed for the money, so not really a "favor", more like a service. There are such people, they are called prostitutes. Short answer is yes.

No, I wouldn't because if you have to trade money for sexual favors then obviously your not that goode Besides that is just horrible because you never know what other people have and then you can get it and then you could spread it.
