i have 4(plus few that i don't use)
1) for friends use only
2) for business
3) for college
4) for junk and anything else, where i don't care if it get's million spam messages a day.

I have 4 email addresses
I have a work address that I only use for work
I have a home address provided by my ISP. I only give this to friends and family.
I have my Yahoo address. I use similar to my home address, only given to friends and family.
I have a Hotmail address. This is my throwaway address. I use it whenever I am required to give an email address when registering to something on the Web. This one is very heavily spammed.

I have 10. I use them for different subjects like Teavel, Beauty, Photography etc. Saves sorting through a long list of things you can look at later.

i have about 8-9 i still use most of them except about 2.
