you can sign up at: www.piczo.com (free) and make your own glitter pics. Lots of links to right clk and save pics and you can make your own glitter text that can be saved.
For 'moving pics' search for .GIF or ANIMATIONS / ANIMATED PICTURES etc. Once you find one, there will be tons of links to others! Been there / done that.
