I really don't think it matters, unless you cake it on(like BB said). I'm only 14 and I love clinique and lancome!

of course make up makes you look older lol
damage her face??? well if she doesnt wash off her face completly before she goes to bed then yes, but thats for all makeup for all ages.
She can wear foundation.....i wore some sometimes when i was 16, but not on a daily bases....just because i was in school half the time and wearing foundation and makeup at my school wasnt something you saw often. But ive seen tons of 16 year old wear foundation.
Just make sure she puts a moisterizer/cream before she applies any makeup, that way it doesnt clog her pores and it comes off easily.
I just got some loreal liquid foundation a couple of weeks ago...havent used it yet cuz im treating my skin with prescriptions from the dermatologist, and its really dry and flakey....
She could try a tinted moisterizer too...but that wont really give her the coverage.
Good Luck!!!

Yes, she can use those brands, or any good brand.

No, age doesn't make a difference, foundation isn't going to make you look old (unless you cake it on, then you'll look like Tammy Faye Bakker) or cause wrinkles or anything silly like that. One with sunscreen will help prevent wrinkles, try L'Oreal True Match.

i think sheer foundation is best for a younger girl- you need to select brands that are geared toward younger folks like cover girl- even
