Depending on your laptop there should be an option to RESTORE it to NEW condition when you first turn computer on. Watch the screen for a RESTORE Option such as PRESS F10, etc... Also, the Owner's Manual should inform you of how to do a Restore.....

BE AWARE! That ANY programs, upgrades, etc that you've installed will be LOST! A RESTORE does just that! It restores the computer to the state it was in when you took it out of the box!.

Most computers don't come with RESTORE discs these days, they have the Recover files in a separate partition on the hard drive..........

If your laptop is older and did come with disks that have been lost, you can go to the maker's website and look to see if the disk is available by download or for money. Obviously you have alternate access to the internet, since you posted this question... Also, you could ask if anybody on this site has the disks, or use Craigslist. There are also other sites that are repositories of old disks. Google could be your friend.
